Celviano AP-700 Digital Piano

Designed in collaboration with the great German company Bechstein, the AP-700 is an entirely new breed of digital piano featuring 3 samples of world class pianos labeled Berlin, Hamburg and Vienna. To our ears they evoke Bechstein, Hamburg Steinway and Bösendorfer, 3 of the world’s greatest pianos.

The piano has a fantastic sound system with a 6 speaker system which emulates the experience of sitting at a fine concert grand piano. The piano has physical models which produce the sound of the piano with the lid closed or open for a more realistic performance. This is in addition to a folding lid on the piano which offers an open projecting sound. The possibilities are endless when it comes to the voicing of the individual sounds on the piano.

The piano features a hall simulator where you can adjust the quality of the room you are in from a living room to a tremendous French cathedral acoustic. This is sure to come in handy! You are able to split the keyboard and play different sounds on either half of the keyboard. Or if you prefer, you can layer 2 sounds and create orchestrations of your music. There is also the Teacher Mode which enables you to have the piano split into 2 smaller pianos so you can direct students right on the piano bench playing the same notes on either half of the keyboard!

The piano has a record feature to record your performances for immediate playback checking your progress This digital is capable of being connected to a a mobile device or computer taking advantage of the many music applications with a simple USB connection. It also comes with the simple to use yet powerful Chordana software to get the most out of your piano.
