Wood is aged for 10 years and then kiln dried exceeding all North American standards for climate. There is no particle board, only solid woods used in construction and no plastic action parts. The plate has a full perimeter design which adds to its structural integrity while allowing a sleeker design since it isn’t dependent upon massive amounts of wood for support.

This piano has been well cared for and plays on a high level. In most of the world, upright pianos are much more popular than grand pianos because of smaller homes than in the United States.
