This is an historic piano signed by the great pianist José Iturbi who was not only a brilliant musician, but also a Hollywood star! This piano is almost all original with a phenomenal tone. The bass strings are new Mapes Gold International Series, the same used on Steinway. The action is very refined with good hammer felt for great tone. The original, real key tops are as close to perfect as I have ever seen indicating a very gentle life.
